Some of you may know that the little one made her entrance into this world a little earlier and not with the most... grace. After spending nearly a month in the NICU and giving all of us small heart attacks wondering whether or not she was going to make it, she FINALLY came home to overly proud parents. We are so happy she's finally healthy. She was a dream to photograph. Even though she's a month old (newborns are easiest to photograph under 2 weeks) she was a champ and let us do all kinds of things to her. I loved every minute of it and can't wait to take MORE pictures of her sometime soon. So, enjoy. Oh, and by the way, I could NOT bring myself to turn her pictures to black and white. I mean, honestly, with that hair...? It MUST stay in FULL color!!

The Carattini Family
The Carattini's were my last shoot last weekend. (Good thing since I just BARELY beat the incoming monsoon.) This family was so sweet. Their two kids played so well together! Maybe that's because they have a few years in between them. Despite not wanting his picture taken, I managed to squeeze a few cute pictures out of their little man. I had so much fun meeting this sweet family and only hope my kids can someday play as well as theirs did.

I absolutely LOVE the picture above and the picture below. I think they just capture the essence of little boys in all their glory. They are so angelic and sweet.

Sweet Bethany
My amazing old pal, Bethany, was kind enough to set up 4 shoots for me all the way across town last weekend. It was completely worth it to see her and Shenna and meet some great new people. As you can see, Beth just had a little girl named Storey. How amazingly cute is she? And the HAIR!!! It's real, folks! She was such a trooper as we dressed and undressed her, put her in tutus, stuck her on bowls and bookshelves (no babies were harmed, fear not). She even slept right through the fearless attack from Jackson, her big brother. I seriously LOVED spending time with Beth. She's one of those people you love more and more every time you see her. We went to New Zealand together for 4 months. She was one of the coolest girls over there and I am SO glad we became friends.

The Hawkins Family
Meet the Hawkins. This poor Daddy is SO outnumbered it's not even funny. And his girls are GIRLS! They were so adorable and MORE than willing to work with me. (Although Ashlyn, the youngest, wasn't real fond of me...) I had so much fun with this cute family. I also must mention that I was in HEAVEN shooting on their wood floors. Wood floors are so great to shoot on. They reflect the light and always look so rich and beautiful in the pictures. Thanks for letting me invade your Saturday, guys!

For Shenna

You have seen these kids before in May or June. It's amazing for fast infants grow. Shen has been waiting patiently for me to post pictures. I wonder how long it will take her to notice that I have posted them. I'm not done with her pictures yet so you may see more later but I can't stand how cute some of them turned out so I have to post them. Thanks, Shen. I seriously had so much fun and I am in love with your girls.

This child was SO bent out of shape with her mommy because she wanted to suck on the little purple bracelet that went with the tutu. Shenna finally just gave it to her because, frankly, it just wasn't worth the tears. :)
